Qualifications:
 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience Required: 
Minimum Associate's Degree (A.A.) in a related field, such as Animation, Motion Graphics, etc or equivalent education. At least 10 years work experience in script writing, video editing / production in retail advertising or advertising agency field.

Experience with Motion Graphics

Advanced experience and knowledge in camera/lens operations, still and video, media acquisition technologies, studio monitors

Advanced experience and knowledge in studio lighting and lighting for video production

Produce portfolio/reel of professionally published work

Strong organizational and communication skills along being able to meet deadlines


Education/Experience Preferred: 
B.A. in related field

Management of Creative Staff of Senior Designers, Associate producers and Editors


Computer Skills: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of applications; editing/sound design / graphic design software; proficiency with MS Office; Internet software and Project Management software.

Language Ability: 
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Math Ability: 
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: 
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
