Job Location: Fulfillment Center - Frederick, MD
Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Two year transportation, logistics or supply chain management degree preferred or distribution/transportation experience equivalent.
Computer and math skills needed to successfully perform this job:
Basic computer skills should include Microsoft Word and Excel. Computer skills should also include the ability to learn transportation systems. Math skills should include basis math skills needed for distribution systems as well as developing costing models.
Certificates and Licenses: Possess commercial driver’s license preferred.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages Van Drivers, Van Marshallers, and Driver Team Leaders.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
