Qualifications:
Required:
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university plus minimum 10 years construction and/or maintenance project management experience, -or- an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with grocery-specific remodels, including refrigeration, fixture upgrades, layout redesigns, and store rebranding.
• Technical Proficiencies: AutoCad; PowerBI; and complex data analysis abilities

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess a thorough knowledge and a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, word processing software; Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software; PowerPoint; etc. Accounting software and Maintenance software.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directs & supervises project managers, as assigned, concerning corporate construction activities and 1 Design Admin. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
