Summary: Manages regional store maintenance, building systems and replacement equipment for retail locations. Manages regional store maintenance staff, and external vendors. Establish and support regional operations relationships. Responsible for regional budgeting, financials, and accountability as it relates to maintenance and utility spend.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Supports, hires and develops Regional Maintenance Managers and Technical Staff for retail locations.
• Manages building systems interior and exterior for retails stores, including design contracting, maintenance, projects, and construction services.
• Manages mechanical, refrigeration, electrical plumbing systems for retails stores, including design contracting, maintenance, projects, and construction services.
• Employs and/or contracts for regional maintenance and construction services.
• Develop regional comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for capital
initiatives, life cycle and ad hoc equipment replacement within Long Range Capital Plan
• Responsible for regional accounting functions for store maintenance, utilities and replacement equipment. Supports preparation of regional financial statements and reports on status of locations for regional management.
• Manages third party invoice approval, issues resolution and vendor compliance. Develops and manages operating, capital and store budgets.
• Prepares periodic inventory of building contents and property condition, and forwards listing to respective parties for review and corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and senior leadership. Provide regular project status updates and manage expectations effectively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks. Coordinate tasks across multi-discipline pr stakeholders. Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices
• Set and maintain quality standards for deliverables. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
• Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets. Optimize resource allocation to achieve project goals.
• Align goals and outcomes with the organization's strategic objectives. Ensure that all work contributes to the overall success of the business.
• Adapt to changing organizational requirements, procedures and policies. Implement changes effectively while minimizing disruptions to the organization’s effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 8-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Leads a team of 3-5 direct reports and 40+ subordinate reports. Also supports 3rd party vendor management.
