Your Purpose
The Replenishment Manager will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and developing 4 Buyers across multiple product departments. The R.M. will collaborate with business partners to ensure high vendor fill rates and Warehouse service levels across all assigned product departments and work with the Director of Replenishment on inventory management projects.
What You’ll Do
- Work with Buyers and Vendors to ensure optimal inventory levels to support customer demand.
- Responsible for directly managing vendors on the Vendor Assisted Procurement Enhancement/ VMI program.
- Assist with sourcing and negotiating cost for supplies needed for business operations.
- Designs, implements, manages, and monitors replenishment reporting systems to meet company requirements.
- Collaborate with Category Managers, Vendors and Buyers on seasonal inventory flow.
- Analyze ordering parameters and recommend adjustments that will minimize WH expiration risk and excess inventory.
- Maintain service level target for all assigned product departments by proactively planning inventory requirements, performing root cause analysis for inventory gaps, and implementing action plans.
- Oversee new item inventory launches and ensure new items are received in the WH on time to support resets.
- Arranges for disposal of excess and/or aged inventory.
- Coordinates with logistics for freight efficiencies and profits
- Reviewing purchase orders to make sure that orders are complete and meet days of supply requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the replenishment system, understanding levers available and inventory impact.
- Manage exit strategy for discontinued items ensuring the right levels to support sales and minimize markdown risk.
- Identify gaps in replenishment processes and work with team to implement solutions and drive efficiencies.
- Coach and Mentors Buyers on inventory management best practices.
- Communicate inventory strategies to business stakeholders.

What You Bring
· Required: Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university plus minimum 3 years corporate or regional level merchandising, procurement/replenishment, or experience in a consumer-packaged goods supply chain -or- an equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of 4-year degree.

Physical Demands
Physical demands include, but are not limited to, high aptitude for standing and walking endurance, sitting while driving to various stores, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling climbing ladders of various types, bending, squatting, and kneeling, and working in different temperatures inside and outside the store.
