MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•    High school diploma or equivalent 
•    2 years Refrigeration/HVAC/ Electrical Technical School training or 3-5 years refrigeration/HVAC experience 
•    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
•    Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license
•    Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime when necessary
•    Experience reading engineering drawings, manuals and schematics
•    Ability to use control manufacturers’ software


There is no automatic progression from this job to the next level job (Refrigeration Technician III). 

Harris Teeter reasonably expects to pay between $24.00/hour and $39.00/hour for this role as a newly hired associate. Pay may depend on previous experience and skill sets of the applicant.
