Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Qualification: Must be extremely detailed oriented and possess good organizational skills. Ability to perform in a team role. Superior customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Must possess excellent phone skills and ability to project professionalism, courtesy, tact, diplomacy, discretion and sound judgment.
Language Ability: Ability to read, analyzes problems, and responds to questions from groups of managers, and customers.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word; Excel; Access database software; GEAC (Infor) Accounting software and GEAC payroll systems; Workforce Management System.
