Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
Students actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university college seeking a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Human Resources, or a recent graduate.
Availability:
Must be available for full-time hours (Monday – Friday) and for the length of the entire internship of 12 weeks, mid-May until mid-August.
Language Ability:
Ability to create clear and engaging reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to collaborate with team member and engage with manager is a supportive manner.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access software; Knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) software is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); work near moving mechanical parts; work in high, precarious places and extreme cold (non-weather). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
