Educational Experience:
Required: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent or a minimum of three-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: Education / Experience in areas of Accounting/Math/Computer Software Development
Preferred: Completion of MBA or Master level course work
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite tools for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email and presentation software; Be able to grasp the purpose and concepts of the merchandising applications to support research for analysis assignments.
Daily activities include email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and using query tools. Experience with general database concepts and understanding of standard query language and utilizing data visualization software like Power BI are essential.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Travel: This job has no regular travel responsibilities, but could have opportunities to allow travel to stores, warehouses and other divisions locations as duties require. Training / Conferences may be considered.
Office Schedule: Work hours and hybrid office schedules will be defined by corporate policy and management approval. Required to monitor scheduled processing outside of normal business hours.
