Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two to three years of experience in transportation logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or an industry-related and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access); Warehouse Management System experience a plus.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business writings and statistics. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Ability to apply math techniques utilized to develop engineered labor standards (regression analysis, statistical analysis) Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
