What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field—OR 2+ years in a leadership role with people leadership responsibilities and cross-functional influence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) preferred
- Curiosity, creativity, attention to detail, and a learner-first mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders in fast-paced operations.

Physical Demands
Physical demands include, but are not limited to, high aptitude for standing and walking endurance, sitting while driving to various stores, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling climbing ladders of various types, bending, squatting, and kneeling, and working in different temperatures inside and outside the store.
