Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 2 to 5 years of business analyst/product owner principles and Agile Methodologies experience required preferable in retail industry with demonstrated success in delivering new products and evolving products to market. College preferred.
Language Ability:
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced Microsoft Office skills. Requires a general understanding of Inventory process, Accounting; Human Resource systems; General Store Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain; Project Management software.
Knowledge of Jira and Planview preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
Scrum Master Certification preferred.
