Qualifications:

Education/Experience: 
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Language Ability: 
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business writings and statistics. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.

Math Ability: 
Ability to apply math techniques utilized to develop engineered labor standards (regression analysis, statistical analysis) Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: 
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access); Warehouse Management System experience a plus.

Certificates and Licenses: 
Time Study Certification / Predetermined Time Systems a plus

Supervisory Responsibilities: 
Manages hourly Lead associates (Warehouse Systems Technicians) in Industrial Engineering.  
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
