Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
Four year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources and/or recruiting.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Inventory software; Payroll systems; Internet software; Human Resource systems; Database software and Contact Management systems and Taleo.

Other Qualifications: Position will be exposed to highly confidential information and must be able to perform work while maintaining confidentiality. Meets or Exceeds Expectations on most recent performance evaluation and specifically in the Leadership components. Must be people-oriented and possess a customer service personality. Self-starter, strong organizational skills, ability to manage others, and effective training and facilitation skills. Must have effective communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels of associates and customers.

The associate must be willing to travel with consecutive overnight stays. The associate must be willing and able to frequently work for long periods of time which could exceed an eight-hour shift. The associate must be available and willing to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); work near moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outdoor weather conditions; extreme cold (non-weather); extreme heat (non-weather) and risk of electrical shock.
