Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years related HR or benefits experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation experience required
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, plan documents, reports and legal briefings. Ability to create reports and correspondence.

Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Human Resource systems; Internet software; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software, databases and Word Processing software.

Must be extremely detailed oriented and possess good organizational skills. Ability to perform in a team role. Ability to work with all levels within the organization. Knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, and Harris Teeter health and welfare benefits. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure. Must possess and demonstrate excellent phone skills and ability to project professionalism, courtesy, tact, diplomacy, discretion and sound judgment in providing superior customer service.
