Dispatcher Lead 3rd Shift - Full Time 4 Day Schedule ( Wed 11pm/5am -Thurs-Sat 5pm/5am)

Education/Experience:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or at least six months of dispatching experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must meet all driver qualifications. No DWIs or DUIs in the past 10 years.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word word processing software; Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software; MDS Yard Management Software; CAMS Dispatch Software; RoadShow routing software, Triceps/Abs WMS system and Cadec OBC Software, Microsoft Access database software.
Certificates, Licenses:
Commercial Driver's License
Successfully pass company administered industrial equipment certification
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Skills and Abilities :
Must display supervisory abilities.
Safely operate and maneuver tractor trailers in delivery application.
Other Qualifications :
Must comply with company dress code requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Assist supervisor in directing drivers as needed.
