Education/Experience: 
Two year college, Technical or vocational school, or university program certificate; or a minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Must be 18 years of age
Must abide by dress code
Must have and safely maintain their own tool set, appropriate for the job requirements
Dock Equipment Knowledge required 
Basic Carpentry and Fabrication preferred 

After hours response: Associate must be able and willing to respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day / 7 days a week should the need arise.

Language Ability: 
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general professional journals, technical manuals 
or procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, vendors and our customers.

Math Ability: 
Ability to work with mathematical concepts.

Reasoning Ability: 
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 

Computer Skills: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer knowledge and be able to learn and use the maintenance database software and other program, such as; VLM, Word and Excel.
