Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
Four year college, Technical or vocational school, or university program certificate; or a minimum of one year ammonia refrigeration experience or three years general commercial refrigeration experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general professional journals, technical manuals
or procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, vendors and our customers.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer knowledge and be able to learn and use the maintenance database software and other programs, such as; VLM, Word and Excel.
Certificates and Licenses:
Required:
EPA 608 Universal refrigeration certification.
Driver’s license
Preferred:
Industrial equipment certifications

After hours response: Associate must be able and willing to respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day / 7 days a week should the need arise.
